I am very happy with this thank you card because it started out as a weak effort but finished with real zing!
At first I used an older background rubber stamp and coloured it by smudging a trio of inks in a random fashion. But wasn't thrilled with it, so I tried to pair it with a blue frame (cut with a sizzix die) and 'still' didn't feel it!
Finally I needed a thank you card and quickly - and that got my creative juices flowing and now I am very pleased with it, just goes to show!
I attached it to an orange cardstock card base and embellished it with some red satin ribbon and gems. I had to cover a blotch by squiggling on some Nuovo glitter on the blue top section but that is totally fine.

(covered my personal message)
ļæ¼My inside became an integral part of the card as I used a border punch, stamping and more gems to frame my message. I hope the recipients feel the special attention I strived to give!
Did you notice no white? Great!
Thanks for stopping by!
